Terms of Use
Pulse Suite apps are provided by Mirage Capital Ventures FZE, Sharjah, United Arab Emirates, and developed in collaboration with Prescient Ventures SA, Via Cantonale 110, 6818 Melano, Switzerland. The apps are licensed to you under Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement, together with the following terms.
Your accounts and content
- You may connect only Google or Microsoft accounts and properties that you own or are authorised to manage.
- You are responsible for the replies, posts and changes you publish through the apps, and for complying with the policies of Google Business Profile, Google Search Console and Bing.
- You must not use the apps to post fake, misleading or incentivised content, or to manage listings you are not authorised to manage.
Subscriptions
Pro subscriptions renew automatically through your Apple ID until cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel them in your Apple ID settings. Lifetime purchases are one time payments.
Data and availability
The apps display data provided by third party APIs. We do our best to present it accurately, but we do not guarantee its completeness or availability, and the apps may change when those APIs change.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, the apps are provided "as is" and Mirage Capital Ventures FZE is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from their use.
