Privacy Policy
This policy explains how Mirage Capital Ventures FZE ("we", "us"), Sharjah, United Arab Emirates, handles information in the Pulse Suite apps (SearchPulse, MapPulse, AnswerPulse) and on pulsesuite.app. The apps are developed in collaboration with Prescient Ventures SA, Via Cantonale 110, 6818 Melano, Switzerland, which does not receive users' data either. The short version
- Our apps talk directly from your device to Google's (and, where you choose, Microsoft's) official APIs. We do not run servers that receive your search, business or account data.
- We do not sell, rent or share your data, do not use it for advertising, and do not use it to train AI models.
- Our apps contain no advertising, analytics or tracking SDKs and do not track you across apps or websites.
SearchPulse
- When you sign in with Google, SearchPulse requests read only access to Google Search Console (
webmasters.readonly). If you choose to submit or remove a sitemap, it requests the additionalwebmastersscope at that moment. - Google also shares your name, email address and profile picture so the app can show which account is connected.
- If you add Bing Webmaster Tools, your Bing API key is stored only in your device Keychain and is used only for read requests, and for URL submissions you explicitly confirm.
- Core Web Vitals features send the public URL of a page to Google's PageSpeed Insights and Chrome UX Report APIs to retrieve speed data for that page.
MapPulse
- When you sign in with Google, MapPulse requests the
business.managescope to access the Google Business Profile accounts and locations you already manage. - MapPulse reads account and location information, reviews and review replies, local posts and performance metrics, only to display them to you in the app.
- MapPulse writes to Google Business Profile only when you take an explicit action: sending, editing or deleting a review reply, editing location information, or publishing a post.
- Suggested reply drafts, when available, are generated on your device. Review text is not sent to us or to third party AI services.

AnswerPulse
AnswerPulse is in development and will require a server to query AI models. Before it launches we will update this policy with a full description of the data processed, where, and for how long.
Google user data and Limited Use
Pulse Suite apps' use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Google user data is used only to provide the user facing features of the app the user is using, is not transferred to third parties, is not used for advertising, and is not read by humans except with your explicit consent for support, for security purposes, or to comply with law.
Storage, retention and deletion
- Access tokens are stored in the device Keychain. Recent reports and data are cached on your device so the app works offline.
- Signing out of an app deletes its tokens and cached data from your device.
- You can revoke access at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions. Because we do not store your data on our servers, there is nothing for us to delete; if you have any doubt, write to us and we will confirm.
Purchases
Subscriptions and purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. We do not receive your payment details, only the anonymous transaction information needed to unlock features.
Support emails
If you write to us, we use your email and message only to answer you, and we delete support conversations when they are no longer needed.
This website
pulsesuite.app is a static website hosted on Cloudflare. It uses no cookies, no analytics and no trackers, and its fonts are served from this domain. Cloudflare processes technical data such as IP addresses to deliver and protect the site, under its own privacy policy.
Children
Our apps are not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their data.
Changes
We will post any change on this page with a new date. Material changes will also be announced in the apps.
